Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind our product and have a very simple policy. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. If you are unhappy with the quality of the product or it did not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase price. We only ask that you provide product feedback in order to improve Save A Life Card.
To begin your replacement or return, email us at email@example.com. Our Customer Satisfaction Team will ask for a photo of the card and copy of your receipt / confirmation email to ensure we understand what went wrong and that we have the right customer.
Please note: to be eligible for a replacement or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds can take some time to process. Please be patient with us and know we are moving quickly to make it right.
